When using YOUR DRESDEN STORY, the following data in particular may be processed:

- Content that you upload voluntarily
- Metadata on posts (time of upload, edits)

Please note: Do not publish any personal data of third parties or private information in your posts
Purpose of the processing
The processing is carried out for the purpose of
- the provision and administration of the platform
- the publication and moderation of posts
- sending confirmation and editing emails
- communication in the event of queries

The legal basis is:
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent through voluntary upload)
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the platform)
Contributions that you submit will be published on the platform after editorial review and will be publicly visible. Please check carefully which content you would like to share before uploading.
When the platform is accessed, technical data is automatically processed, e.g.
- IP address (shortened/anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- browser and operating system used.
This data is used exclusively for the technical provision, security and stability of the platform.

These data protection provisions may be amended as required. The current version published on the platform applies.
